‧₊GUILDLINES

By purchasing (or owning) any artwork, designs, or services from me, you are agreeing to have read and agreed to the terms below.Anyone who breaks these rules or any specific rules stated elsewhere will be warned and will not be allowed to purchase from me for a given amount of time determined by the extent of the offense. The ban may be permanent if deemed severe enough and a private blacklist will be kept to keep track of offences.

PAYMENT
The commission won't be started unless I have received payment in full.
Deadlines are negotiable but must be discussed before payment is sent.
Rush fees may apply depending on the requested deadline.
Prices shown are flexible and will go up if I'm given a complicated character/design/prop.
Payment plans are not offered as of this time.DISCLAIMER// If purchasing a product/service of any sort with someone else's money/paypal/card or a shared account, I expect to be informed and shown proof that this transaction is approved by all parties. I am not to be held responsible if I am not informed. If you buy a product/service from me, you and all parties involved will have read and agreed to this.GENERAL
I only take visual references.
Commissions will be put into a queue once payment has been received and queue will generally be worked on in order.
Commissioner will receive the full resolution image which will not be posted publically (because they're massive). A transparent version can be given at request if available.
If information is not given properly, I am not to be held responsible for errors in designs or compositions.
The commissioner may make personal minor edits. Anything more than minor must be asked for permission. If you are worried, ask me.
Art may be used by the commissioner for any personal uses as long as there is not monetary gain.
For example, I've been asked if works can be used to put on a personal t-shirt or be made into a keychain, as long as those items are not sold or used as a trade to others then go for it! I think things like that are really cool, just let me know beforehand please. I'd like things similar to these to only happen with the original owner of the commission.
I retain the rights to my artwork and the use of it in anyway I would like to use it as art examples or post it.
My art cannot be used for monetary gain or promotion. I do not offer commercial work as of this time.
If you don't agree with or can't afford a price, don't buy it.
All my prices will always be displayed in USD (United States dollar).
I will only accept USD via Paypal or sometimes Deviantart points.
I have the right to refuse any sale for any reason.COMMISSION REFUND POLICY
If you decide after placing a commission that you would like a refund or are worried about status, please message me before taking action. Non-refundable flat rate cancelation fees will apply if you decide to back out. The fee quote will be given to you at the time of giving a price quote.
If I have started work then I will give you a partial refund depending how far I got.
I will not give refunds after I have finished your commission. If you are unhappy with it, message me and we can work something out. I will not redraw the piece but I am happy to correct minor mistakes that I have made due to my own fault. If something major is needed to be change after completion, additional fees may be applied.

‧₊TYPE A CASUAL CHARACTER

Semi-polished, simple shading/lighting, and a focus on capturing the image of your character.- Simple abstract background is artistic freedom based (may or may not include things like graphics/ text/ or stickers).
Please mention prior if abstract background elements are not wanted.-Simple shading elements- May or may not have realistic gravity upon request. Please mention if you have a preference prior.-May include abstract prop elements such as (benches/streetsigns/plushies/flowers/food/shopping basket/ msc items) (may include a fee if something specific is requested depending on what it is)

‧₊TYPE B RENDERED CHARACTER

Polished with paintery aspects, detailed lighting/shading, and a focus on capturing the image of your character.Background is artistic freedom based can be environmental, with or without abstract elements.
Please mention prior if abstract background elements are not wanted.- May or may not have realistic gravity upon request. Please mention if you have a preference priorDynamic lighting may change the way the colors on your character appear due to environmental lighting or time of day. Your characters colors may not appear directly colorpicked from your ref because of this.-May or may not include abstract prop elements such as (benches/streetsigns/plushies/flowers/food/shopping basket/ msc items) (may include a fee if something specific is requested depending on what it is)

‧₊TYPE C SCENE

Semi-polished image with a focus on lighting, emotion, environment and capturing a moment in a scene.-Characters will likely not be looking directly at the camera to focus more on portraying the moment moreso than the character itself-Will have realistic gravity and focus on storytelling by interaction/mood/lighting in a realistic environment with cinematic camera perspective-Two or more characters encouraged!some examples include: waiting for a train/ playing an instrument/ eating at a restaurant/ making breakfast/ sightseeing / running through a field/ writing at a desk / crouching next to water/ looking out a window / typing at a computer/ waving goodbye/ riding a bike into the distance /getting a drink from a vending machine/ characters having playful conversation / neutral interactions / getting something from a gatcha machine

‧₊TYPE D CHARACTER SKETCH PAGE

Multiple images of your character/s on one canvas-Artistic liberty on poses/actions/expressions (though suggestions can be made.)-WIPS will not be gaurenteed for this commission type depending on workflow-Semi-polished with simple minimal shading-Poses/expressions may or may not seem candid-May or may not have unrealistic gravity-Abstract background
